This software did everything it was supposed to. It clean my PC by ridding it of forgotten unneeded files. Everything runs faster as a result.

Great product. Only problem I had was it didn't wash the browser history on explorer. It says compatible with Vista, but only after an update. Still leaves browser info behind so I double check after a washing.

I have owned an older version for XP which worked great so I bought this version for my new computer which has Vista Home Premium 64BIT.. Installed fine, didn't work. Updated to the newest version for free and still didnt work. It thinks that it's working. It displays that the wash is completed but its all blank. After email to webroot help, I recieved links to other problems that are different from mine, and for only $29.95 they will resolve this issue for me when I call. Very disapointed ! Maybe it doesn't work with the 64bit version of vista ?

keeps windows cleaned up, it can be set to clean at intervals. custom wash, set up what you want. cleans free space, lets you make a nuke disk. keeps my vista OS running perfectly.

Webroot has stated that Window Washer 6.5 (latest) does not support 64 bit OS. It's a great product for XP 32bit, however. It installs on Vista 64 and appears to work but does not delete any files. Pity.

Same issue. Works fine for XP but Vista 64Bit will not work. Hard to believe. Now looking for a new program to use on my Vista. Calling Webroot for technical asistance is even more difficult. Call early in the AM.

If you have Vista get ready to re-install your OS. It WILL WIPE IT OUT. This is one of the worst products I have ever come accross. DON'T USE IT!

this works perfectly on windows home premium. it cleans free space and has a nuke disc feature. i have it set to clean every 30 minutes, it doesn't interfere with anything. i've had this for about 4 years and the newest update made this one of the better clean up programs.

You can tell when the company likes to do their own reviews by the positive one's on this board. In truth, this product is NOT doing all it claims, there are other free program out there, that are just as good if not better, Crap Cleaner for one and Advanced Disk cleaner for another. Webroot get your act together.

The description says this software is supposed to work with Vista, but it doesn't!

For Vista it doesn't clean history, logins, searches etc. Webroot customer service admitted that these features do not yet work in Vista, but would be fixed in future releases. It's been 4 months now and new updates have still not fixed it. So the product, as far as I'm concerned is only half functional and thus fairly useless.

It cleans out files that Disk Cleanup misses. It can be set to clean your .dat files so all surfing history is removed from your computer. I have used it for a year and am now adding it to a second computer I just purchased. BTW I use IE and Firefox.

Great product but when will the Firefox v3.x.x compatible product be issued. It seems to have frozen since my inquiry. I'll be right in line to buy it again but for now it's coming out.

Overall, I would recommend this product for any 32bit system, but don't waste your time or money if you have a 64bit version.
